A soft tissue biopsy that provides a reading of the mineral disposition in the cells and interstitial spaces of the hair, over a 3 month period. Since hair is a tissue, this information can be inferred for the rest of the body.

What steps take place after I order?
After purchasing the package, you'll receive your Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis test in the mail. After you mail your test to the lab you will let me know and we can start implementing new habits before we get results!
I will also send you the nutritional assessment questionnaire. I can take this information and use this with your results to understand why we see what we see. Once results are received (roughly 2-4 weeks after you send it in), I will contact you to schedule a phone call to go over your results. Then you'll have 30 days of support from that day forward. If you wish to continue to have support and check ins and calls you can then add on a 1:1 package (deducting your original cost you already invested)

My name is Kelsie. I'm a wife and mom of 2 girls.

Q: Who can benefit from my services?
A: My services are for anyone who is experiencing any kind of symptom, some of those being fatigue, brain fog, constipation, diarrhea, hair loss, feeling cold/hot, mood swings, skin issues, sleep issues, headaches/migraines, weight gain/loss, restless leg, heart palpitations and everything else in between. Every symptom has a root cause so men, women and children can all benefit from looking into their mineral status and what is happening in your gut.
Q: Do you take insurance or HSA/FSA payments?
A: I am not able to take payments via insurance. Many clients have use their HSA/FSA cards to pay, but I recommend reaching out to your HSA/FSA contact first to see if services with me will be covered. I can accept payments through credit card or debit card.
Q: Do you have a payment plan?
A: Yes, if you are opting to work with me for the HTMA + 60 min consult or the 12 week package, payment plans are available.
Q: Can I do this myself or do I need to go to a lab?
A: The HTMA is done from your home on your own. You will receive the instructions and appropriate mailing containers to mail your hair sample to the lab. I do not receive your sample. I only receive the results. It’s a very intuitive process.
Q: Can I do this if I have dyed hair?
A: Yes you can, you just need to wait 4 weeks or 8-10 washes and then you are all set to take your sample.
Q: What if I am bald or don't have much hair?
A: The lab also accepts pubic hair, armpit hair or fingernails as an appropriate sample.
Q: What if I live in another country?

Refund Policy
I will do everything within my ability (and within reason) to ensure your satisfaction. Refunds will not be issued for the Hair Mineral Testing once it is purchased. If you order a Hair Mineral Test, you must use and complete your test within 12 months of your purchase. Refunds will not be issued to those who do not complete their test within 12 months of purchase. If you do not complete your test within 12 months of purchase, you must re-purchase a new test.
